This study discusses the State Financial Loss Recovery Efforts Through Criminal Charges Based on the Republic of Indonesia Attorney General Circular Letter Number: SE003 / A / JA / 02/2010 In Corruption Case (Case Study in District Attorney Sanggau) to see how the Attorney General\u27s Circular Letter applicable in internally Attorney, can be used as one tool in an effort to quickly save the state\u27s financial losses from the suspect, accused or convicted of corruption. In addition to apply the prosecution of the defendant to pay compensation as a substitute for criminal punishment in addition to the principal (imprisonment and fines) in the event of a suspect, accused or convicted of not returning the state\u27s financial losses, no money is being confiscated, no property is seized to cover the state\u27s financial losses aspects, of the Attorney General\u27s Circular Letter to amplified for all legislation governing compensation by the offender. The problems of recovering the country\u27s financial losses is one of the purposes of corruption law in handling of corruption cases, in addition to imprisonment prosecute of the perpetrators.
